action button moving in scroll view

The button we place in a scroll view controller (or table view controller) is also scrolled on scroll event. Can you change this to hide or stay at its position even on scroll view.

I'd had the same problem so I created a simple ViewController then I included the TableView. My Action Button is now created inside the ViewControl at same hiararchy as my TableView.
