I think we should add something like a Google reCaptcha's image selection type task, that is easy for everyone but requires some brain. Currently, the sliding works initially, but soon becomes a habit that I usually just do unconsciously without becoming self-aware that I am going to an addictive site.
I am willing to help in this if you think this is a good idea or you want to add something on top of it as well.

Hi @abdatta! I really like the general concept, although I'm a little worried about detracting from the simplicity of the product. I might wait until there are more votes for this. In the meantime, I'd be interested in your thoughts about what exactly this might look like.

If you'd like to help out with Nudge in other ways, I'd really love to chat to you.

Hi @lgwb89 ! I haven't exactly imagined how it might look like in nudge, while keeping its simplicity, but I don't think it would be very difficult to come out with a simplistic design for it.

I was talking about these kinds of puzzle solvers that you see on Google recaptcha:

Or like these:

On your second comment:
I won't mind helping out with Nudge in other ways (non-monetary). I have really found this product useful. Feel free to discuss if you have anything in mind.
