Questions on triggering mechanism:

  • "What to do before accessing a mindless website" (Mindful Internet Use Original)
  • "How often do you want to be reminded?" (Mindful Internet Use, X minutes after browsing a certain site)
  • "Reminders for all websites" (like former, but applies to global usage time)

Possible Conflicting mechanisms:

  • Rainbow Timer would use the same timer as the Breathing Exercise
    • Conflict resolution: Taking a mandatory breathing exercise every X minutes will cut down the rainbow size
    • Conflict resolution: Taking a mandatory breathing exercise every X minutes will NOT cut down the rainbow size
    • Conflict resolution: Taking a voluntary breathing exercise will cut down the rainbow size (in a reasonable manner)
  • Defaulter would use the same timer as the Breathing Exercise
    • Conflict Resolution: The breathing exercise can replace the slider
    • Conflict Resolution: The breathing exercise can reduce slider resistance
    • Conflict Resolution: Have a breathing exercise, then mindfully ask if the slider is necessary
