Possible Feature: Nudge on Gambling and Pornography

There are more widespread websites out there that might require gentle reflection rather than direct blocking since they have multiple mirrors. Nudge could allow them to be nudged as a single collection, however, most of these sites use uBlock scripts. The Hosts files can be used directly.

Feature Requirements:

1. Add multiple websites from a list
2. Remove websites on a list to list basis
3. Iterate through the lists to find if a website is blocked
4. Check if the files are URL txt file or an AdBlock file
