Add sites in whitelist based on the title

Add whitelist sites based on only a part of the name, so if I block all the sites with "italy" in the page title.

I mean the page title, not the domain.
(For example I mean "Google" label in the browser tab's name, not "google.com".)

I know it sound as a strange request. And maybe it is not possible to achieve.
