Unable to reproduce results

First of all, congrats on your work: it is a simple but excellent idea and I enjoyed reading your paper :)
I am trying to reproduce your results, but I am struggling: There are problems in the repositories where your code looks at: I was able to find some of them. However, I am struggling with analyze_results.py:

1. I think it would be good to update the readme with the correct nomenclature of your codes
2. It would be good to tell how to use the analyze_results.py code, for example, you need to specify which run you need to analyze, as there are no default parameters here.
3. In analyze_results.py, I see that there are nan in results_df['average_predictive_entropy'], and I followed completely your script. Could you help me here?
