The container image for the rabbitmq-exporter referenced that is referenced in the deployment manifest has been removed from Docker Hub. Bitnami appears to have sunset the use of the exporter container because RabbitMQ has had direct Prometheus support via an built-in plugin since v3.8.0.
I removed the exporter container from the live cluster manifests, which allowed the RabbitMQ StatefulSet to start. Leaving this container out and simply enabling the Prometheus plugin in the main RabbitMQ container may be the permanent solution. However, I'm not sure if there's anything scraping the metrics endpoint.

Is there a Prometheus instance scraping RabbitMQ for metrics? If not, we can probably just remove from line 141 through 180 from kubernetes/lookit/base/rabbitmq/statefulset.yaml.
