Title: Windows version backup cannot be backed up locally

DESCRIPTION BUG
Windows version backup cannot be backed up locally and can only be shared

Steps to reproduce
Open app
Click to open the sidebar
Click to backup as file

Desired result
A file selection box pops up to select the save location instead of Windows' built-in sharing.

More information
It would be great if it can be saved to the local area normally. I haven’t seen a few people who have used Win native sharing. It is difficult to use and inconvenient.
