l2tbinaries: have master/stable test use latest plaso tagged version instead of HEAD

  • update travis ci configuration
    • issue with shallow cloned git on Travis
  • update appveyor configuration

stop using check dependencies for testing GIFT PPA and GIFT CORP, use similar approach as for dockerhub to test the builds. In addition test source with run tests
