We think the leaflet widget is better than geofield_map.
@ekes could you confirm?
Can we get rid of geofield_map?

Or.. can we just upgrade to use the 3.x branch?

Sounds like we can remove geofield_map.

@ekes will take this and we'll write some release notes to alert people.

@ekes I've amended the pull reuqest to try removing geofield_map, see #97
