[Feature Request] Chat with bulk documents and web crawling

Instead of loading one file at a time for document chat, please include a folder scanned for multiple documents and watchers of new files added. The other is the ability to crawl a website to retrieve information asking specific questions related to the web content.
For example to index Gradio's latest docs when asking to develop a Gradio interface taking into account the latest code examples and documentation. Maybe include some kind of vector database like Postgres Vector DB
