When a consenting student adds a non-consenting student as a coworker, the Coworker column of the report should show a generic label (such as "non-consenting student") instead of the student's random research ID. Per ACB this is not a critical asap fix so I've tagged this as a 3.0 enhancement.
Inclusion of a non-consenting coworker's random OST research ID doesn't provide any important personal information -- as long as the student doesn't provide consent, that ID number will never be attached to any records in the research report -- but it is technically a data point about a non-consenting student, so the safest thing is to remove the ID.
