Generally speaking you legally have the rights to sell your images, as the SDXL license permits this (see https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/stable-diffusion-xl-base-1.0/blob/main/LICENSE.md) - which can be modified per fine-tuned model, so this only applies to SDXL base but not necessarily for models based on it:

each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this paragraph) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Model and the Complementary Material, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by such Contributor that are …
