Is that a way to apply new style to existing image? I try Inpaint and Modify Content option, the result is not same since masked content has been modified...

Basically, I want to see if we can change original image to paint style image with a little change if possible. Seem like ImagePrompt might be the option but I think I am missing something here.

if you want to keep an existing object, but just modify it's style, the answer is no. Inpaint will regenerate the masked area.

It is impossible to change the style without changing the object at all, but it is possible to change the style by changing the object slightly

I play around with ImagePrompt and PyraCanny today, they seem to produce something decent.
