Mod not loading at all #29

I dont know whhy but all of a sudden i tried to install the mod for a fresh mod pack, It didnt crash it just straight up ddnt load even when it was the only mod in the folder

i just deleted my .minecraft, downloaded forge 1.7.10 latest and installed this mod nd still it doesnt load it
