重复增加的视频无法同步 #6

原视频同步一次后，把视频移动出监控文件夹，再次增量同步后strm能有效同步删除。之后把改视频文件重新移动回监控文件夹后，再次增量同步无法产生strm，但是选择全量同步可以再次产生strm。
