Use https://github.com/victorgarciaesgi/vue-chart-3 instead of https://vue-chartjs.org/
Implement and publish new Dayjs adapter, get inspired with https://github.com/chartjs/chartjs-adapter-date-fns/blob/master/src/index.js

Hopefully moment.js will be gone.
