Blank edit geometry dialog

Bug Description

During editing (ie while doing LIQA checks), attempting to edit a second outline geometry causes the edit geometry dialog to be blank. Workaround is to select the capture source tab of the plugin, then re-select the bulkload tab.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. During LIQA tests (before compare has been initiated), such as during random subset number check.
2. Open error inspector. Click an item.
3. Select a different item than the one previously selected. Click the button to edit geometry.
4. Make edits. Save in edit dialog. Close edit dialog.
5. Select another outline, click edit geometry.
6. Edit geometry dialog is blank.
   Workaround is to reload the bulk load dialog and click on the previous item "add capture source" then reclick the bulk load dialog.
