Double handling in LIQA and Building Plugin

User Story

In order to update status as Fixed in LIQA and the DB as a LDA I want the status to update in the LIQA layers and the buildings DB at the same time, instead of having to double handle it and do it in both plugins.

Acceptance Criteria

• Updates to status in LIQA are carried across to Buildings.
• ...
• Refer Edit dialog updates QA layer #294

Note:
“Matched outlines” random subset – when using LIQA to mark as okay fixed, you have to do the same again with the building plugin to update the DB (too much double handling). Better to somehow link this or only do it on one interface instead of both.
