Info:
Muffin 5.6.4
Arch Linux
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti with proprietary driver 530.41.03 (nvidia-dkms package)
64 bit

Issue:
At high monitor frequency (more than 60Hz, in my case 144Hz) there are artifacts on windows frames when resizing (if frame is not built into the application, for example in tilix (terminal emulator) and gnome-calculator frame is built into gui and this glitch does not occur at all)

Steps to reproduce:
Set monitor frequency above 60 and play with size of windows that do not have their own frame

Expected behaviour:
There should be no such artifacts

P.S.: sorry for my bad English

Edit 1: that happens with all themes which i tried. Arc, Dracula, Mint-Y (new and legacy) and Mint-X
