clean/remove doesn't do a pre check for the device in use #20

if the snapshot has a filesystem mounted, clean fails in a confusing way and it is possible to get partial results

add test to suite and fix the problem.

also add tests for revert and extend while device is in use

a check as been added for "in use" but still need to add the tests
