General Community/Maintainer/Developer group call

In a small group we had been taking about setting up a developer/community group call with a regular schedule, so that we can keep each other updated on the latest developments and structure collaboration.

I'd be intetsteds in who else would like to join and as to proposals for how often it should be. Currently we were thinking anywhere form every two weeks to monthly.
