cosmic-applets continues to eat ram

I'm testing alpha 5, and from alpha 3, then alpha 4. I've had the same problem, supposedly it was fixed. So I have no choice but to think it's something from nixos or flake.

Please test with Alpha 5.1 once #589 is merged, given upstream fixed memory usage issues over the last 24 hours and included it in the Alpha 5.1 release today, and let me know if it's better. Thanks!

Apparently the ram consumption went down a lot, but I still find it high, I don't know if it's my feeling or perception of when it should consume, but it seems too much 800MB.
