Bug Report: Multiple Issues Identified

1. Assessments

• Create Assessment: "Create Assessment" button is missing.

2. Job Competency Profiles (JCP)

• Creation Modal: Modal appears, but it is non-functional.
• Editing JCP:
  • Not all elements in the JCP are listed in the form.
  • The format of the editing form is inconsistent with the creation form.

3. Skills

• Filtering by Category: Skill filtering by category is not functioning.
• Skill Creation Error:

  syntax error, unexpected end of file, expecting "elseif" or "else" or "endif"

4. Qualifications

• Adding Qualification: Unable to add new qualifications.
• Editing Qualification: Formatting issues present.

5. Organisation

• Adding User/Employee: Form appears but does not function.
• Edit Employee Password: Password editing functionality needs revision.
