Helpdesk Ticket Type

This module adds a type field on the helpdesk ticket.

Configuration

• Go to Helpdesk > Configuration > Types
• Create your list of types

Usage

• Go to Helpdesk
• Create a ticket and set its type.

Bugs are tracked on GitHub Issues. In case of trouble, please check there if your issue has already been reported. If you spotted it first, help us smashing it by providing a detailed and welcomed feedback.
