As it is usual, when a new important Liblouis stable version come out, I update Liblouis latest stable version number with affected Liblouisutdml build files the latest stable version (now from the 3.31.0 Liblouis version to the 3.32.0 version):
Me my local system after I upgrade Liblouis version to the latest stable release, Liblouisutdml compilation ran successfull (make check, tests/make check commands).
I suggests a thing if this is possible:
Because latest Liblouisutdml stable version are released in 2023. november (the 2.12.0 version), and this version are supports with Liblouis 3.27.0 version (this is importanter with in Windows systems), perhaps good to release a new Liblouisutdml 2.13.0 stable version with ships the latest awailable Liblouis stable version with come out this day (the Liblouis 3.32.0 version).
Since Liblouis 3.27.0 version, lot of new language braille tables are awailable, and lot of larger modifications and bug fixes happened with in Liblouis side.
New tables since 3.27.0 Liblouis version:
This is only the new tables list since Liblouis 3.27.0 version, I not collected the lot of languages depending table improvements with table maintainers doed, happened lot of bug fixes in Liblouis side since 3.27.0 version.
In Liblouisutdml the master branch committed lot of bug fixes too.
