Use fan_mode instead of fan presets #169

If you look at the home assistant documentation you will find the auto mode under the fan_modes and not the presets. I'm not sure what the difference is but maybe it could fix some of the problems with the home kit integration (#70)

I was looking at the climate entity and not the fan entity.
