NetGSA no longer works

There have been a couple updates to NetGSA over the past two years which unfortunately render the current .netgsa method unusable. In particular, in the version bump from 3.1.0 to 4.0.0, netgsa::prepareAdjacencyMatrix was changed to netgsa::prepareAdjMat. The two have different arguments so some work may be needed to bring .netgsa up to speed.
