For code enforcement:

SELECT * from vw_OpenData_CodeEnf_Cases 
WHERE Cast(StatusDate as datetime) >= dateadd(day,-1,getdate())
ORDER BY Cast(StatusDate as datetime) DESC;

and building permits:

SELECT * 
FROM vw_OpenData_BI_Permits 
WHERE Date >= dateadd(day,-1,getdate());
