Cannot start exercise container in vscode.

The first time I started the lessons it worked flawless, the next day I could not start devcontainer: "cannot reconnect, please reload window". I does not mather what I do.

If I start the container from a shell, the container starts and exits

Hi @mbribeiro could you maybe try running Ctrl + Shift + P or Command + Shift + P on MacOS and type Dev Containers: Rebuild and Reopen in Container?
