This requires a logic analyzer, but we have those in the lab...

I'd like to note that section 3.2.3 of the sdk datasheet is dedicated to using the PIO and DMA to capture and store GPIO pin data and act as a logic analyzer. Could be a potential extension of the probe firmware to perform this task in addition to its other uses.
