Currently we have the cosmos default as an example. It may be useful to create a more general default which for instance has easily set run names and single values for filter number dependent variables:

"ERR_SCALE": "0.02", # noqa: E501

It could also have some automatic naming functionality:

conf={"GAL_LIB": "LIB_RUN_NAME",}
conf["GAL_LIB"]=conf["GAL_LIB"].replace("RUN_NAME","RUN1")

We may also want to assert that libraries are equal:

conf={
    "GAL_LIB": "LIB_CE",
    "GAL_LIB_IN": "LIB_CE",
}
assert conf["GAL_LIB"]==conf["GAL_LIB_IN"]
