Pipeline functions used in the SetPipeline() now need to be created with the provided New…() functions.
/trigger endpoint now follows standard edgex convention. It is now /api/v1/trigger
HTTPPost and MQTTSend no longer automatically call MarkAsPushed upon success. It is upon the developer to ensure the method is called appropriately.
