someone uploaded a pypi project named scout last year so I lost the chance to claim that name.

If I want to release on pypi I'll need to come up with a new name, maybe something a bit less generic.

pff changing name is annoying. maybe the pypi project can just have some variation on the name, like scoutnotes or something along those lines.
