macOS: System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load shared library 'libgdiplus'

Describe the bug
When a test fails in macOS, it prints an unrelated DllNotFoundException:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a canopy test that will fail
2. Run tests with chrome in macOS

Expected behavior
Should not throw a DllNotFoundException in the log.

• OS: macOS Catalina 10.15.6
• Browser: Chrome 84.0.4147.105
