7.x.x is causing tags to state unknown

Just a heads up my CPO has pushed pre release 7.0.1 firmware they received directly from Alfen. It is not publicly released but it does brake the TAG integration. i have 2 double units on 6.6.2 and they work flawless. 2 others were pushed to 7.0.1 by CPO and state unknown. I presume we need to wait for Alfen to release 7.0.1 public before we are able to test or do you want me to provide you with some logs from the ACE installer?

the only thing is wait for public release and fix them. normally, i think not a breaking issue on it. just small bug

Indeed i see other sensor values flowing so only seems a change in transaction log data.

Testing further today with the newly released 7.0.2 and Tags are still unknown.

I do see transaction information from the last charge completed seems to display.
Current charge seems to be the value start meter so not the total amount charged yet and the time always stays 0min

TAG for now seems to be only value missing
Current charge info seems to be the internal KWh meter result increasing in time and going to 0 after transaction is done?

Some More info or differences I found.

Both are on a different HA install but use the same 2.8.9 and firmware 7.0.2. With the old 6.6.2 the double unit is reporting all values as expected.

Eve Single Pro-line, 3 phase, display, tethered cable door Alfen:
I see

• Correct tag info
• No current charging kw/h
• No current charging time

Eve Double Pro-line, 2 x type 2 socket, 3 phase, max. 1x32A input current by Alfen
I see

• Unknown TAG info
• Current Charging seems to be start meter value adding up?
• Current Charging time minutes always stays 0

Just installed on 1 of the dual units 7.0.5 and result stays unknown tag. At random we do get a tag name but only for a small amount of time.

I am on firmware 6.6.2-4312 and all tags are unknown for me as well.
Is it possible that when some devices are connected to the charger using the EVE Connect app that other ways to read the data do not work?
The Ace Installer also does not work when that app is open and vice versa.
This is one weird charger.

issue about one app open and not possible to open ace installer is related that the wallbox allowed 1 active connection.

to check the tags, you can query them in the log of the transaction in the ace installer.

@TeddyTBP for multiple tag with dual socket, I need to do debug this. But it is not easy due I have here only a single socket one.

Ah, I now see that all sensors are unknown as well.
Literally nothing can be read.
Ace installer is logged out and the EVE Connect app too.

@leeyuentuen if you can give me some queu's i have 4 dual units. 2 on 6.6.2 and 2 on 7.0.5. So if wanted i can definitely help on the dual part.

Hope you received the LOGs correctly if not let me know. Update from my side the pushed all Dual chargers to 7.05 :).

Let me know if i can assist or test. or where to look in the code specifcly for the TAG recognitions as i am willing to attempt a try to assist but need a starting point or file where the TAG detections is checked.
