🗣 설명

재현 과정
- 대시보드에서 등록된 마을 주민을 체크한 후 아무 주민이나 꾹 눌러 상세정보를 진입한다.
실제 결과
- 상세정보를 닫으면 이전에 체크했던 표시가 사라진다.
예상하는 결과
- 상세정보를 닫아도 이전에 체크했던 표시가 남아있어야 한다.

원인: 마을 주민을 꾹 누르면 셀이 다시 그려지게 되면서 체크 표시가 초기화 된다.

VillagersSectionReactor에서 체크한 주민의 데이터를 가지고 있도록 구현
주민을 표시할 때 IconCell을 사용중인데, 주민을 위한 새로운 셀을 구현
