Feature Request: Code-based Migrations

This would essentially replicate what FlyWay is doing with its Java-based migrations. I used this in order to automatically sync some tables with enums, for example. It's also helpful because you can generate your own checksum so that you're in full control of how frequently the SQL is executed.

I know it's a bit of a stretch goal but wanted to officially put this request out there.
