Building personalized health monitoring systems that use digital twins to simulate and predict individual health conditions.

  • MODWARE.ORG: Modular Foundation for Design Pattern

These solutions focus on architectural principles and design patterns. They emphasize modularity, scalability, and maintainability.

Example

Developing a modular architecture for a large-scale e-commerce platform.

  • TeleOperator.org: Agent Services (Gaiann.com, Edi.Chat, do.camera, sub.actor) Agent-centric solutions involve intelligent agents or autonomous entities that perform tasks on behalf of users. These agents can be virtual, physical, or hybrid.

Example

Virtual chatbots (like Edi.Chat) assisting users with customer support inquiries.

  • nanoFrontends.com: Modular/Atomized Streaming Interface: These solutions revolve around interfaces—how users interact with systems. They emphasize modular, atomized, and streamed interfaces for media (audio, video, text).

Example

Creating a highly customizable media player with interchangeable components for audio, video, and subtitles.

Service-Centric Solutions - automate & dominate

  • SaaSisKing.com: Software Requirements: Service-centric solutions prioritize providing specific services or functionalities. They often involve Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.

Examples

On premise-based services with authorisation for objects and documents collaboration & management:

  • FinOfficer: invoices
  • Dynapsys: Services on DNS
  • Parkingomat: Internet Domains Offers
  • InfraMonit: Infrastructure MOnitroing with alerts
  • WebpageShot: Screenshots of Websites
  • text.to.software: Modular Network of Code by Dialogware: These solutions focus on software development and code-based solutions. They leverage modular networks of code for efficiency and extensibility.

Example

An open-source project that encourages collaborative code contributions and modular software development.

  • ModDevOps.com: Module Based-Infrastructure, Operations, Domains, DNS, CDN, Dynapsys: Infrastructure-centric solutions address the underlying systems and resources needed for applications to function. They optimize operations, domains, DNS, and content delivery.

Example

Implementing a robust DevOps pipeline for continuous integration and deployment.

Security-Centric Solutions Adaptive Protection

CyberPolygon.org - Adaptive Protection - Shielding Your Digital Frontier - Detection, Prevention, Monitoring at the Core. These solutions prioritize cybersecurity. They focus on detecting, preventing, and monitoring security incidents to safeguard systems and data.

  • CyberPolygon.org:
  • Incidents Detection,
  • Prevention,
  • Monitoring

Example

Deploying intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and security monitoring tools.

Services

In our organization, we are working on two key layers: Human, Software and Infrastructure -Centric Solutions.

Human-Centric Solutions:

  • Standardization

This layer puts human needs, experiences, and interactions at the forefront. We aim to understand the challenges and aspirations of people and design solutions that cater to their specific requirements. Our approach focuses on user research, intuitive interfaces, ease of use, and enhancing overall user satisfaction.

Service-Centric Solutions:

  • FaaS Marketplace

This layer centers around developing robust and scalable Services solutions to address complex problems. Our focus lies in developing advanced algorithms, data processing, automation, and optimization to offer innovative software-centric solutions.

Software-Centric Solutions:

  • FaaS Modular Architecture

This layer centers around developing robust and scalable software solutions to address complex problems. We leverage cutting-edge technologies, programming languages, and software engineering principles to build efficient and reliable systems. Our focus lies in developing advanced algorithms, data processing, automation, and optimization to deliver innovative software-centric solutions.

Infrastructure Centric Solutions:

  • Faas Infrastructure, Dynapsys

Refer to technologies or strategies that focus on managing and optimizing the underlying physical and virtual infrastructure. These solutions aim to enhance the availability, performance, security, and manageability of IT infrastructure components.

By combining both Human-Centric and Software-Centric approaches, we ensure that our solutions not only meet functional requirements but also provide an exceptional user experience.

Planowanie

  1. Zarządzanie strategiczne - proces identyfikacji długoterminowych celów, misji i wizji organizacji, a następnie formułowania i wdrażania strategii ich realizacji.
  2. Analiza SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) - narzędzie służące do oceny wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych aspektów firmy mogących wpłynąć na realizację strategii.
  3. Planowanie strategiczne - proces ustalania kierunku działań organizacji na długą metę.
  4. Misja i wizja firmy - formalne oświadczenie identyfikujące cel istnienia firmy (misja) oraz aspiracje dotyczące przyszłości (wizja).
  5. Cele strategiczne - długoterminowe cele, które organizacja zamierza osiągnąć, często poprzez realizację szeregu mniejszych, operacyjnych celów.
  6. Strategia korporacyjna - podejście na najwyższym poziomie, dotyczące kierunku rozwoju całej organizacji.
  7. Strategia biznesowa - koncentruje się na konkretnym segmencie rynku lub obszarze działalności i jak firma może najlepiej konkurować w tym kontekście.
  8. Analiza konkurencji - badanie strategii, sił i słabości, produktów, rynków oraz potencjału wzrostu konkurentów.
  9. Zarządzanie zmianą - procesy i techniki stosowane do zarządzania wprowadzaniem i kontynuacją zmian w organizacji w kontekście realizacji strategii.
  10. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - kluczowe wskaźniki wydajności oznaczające poziomy osiągnięć, które organizacja stawia sobie za cel w kontekście różnych aspektów działalności.
