Bundle neroshop with Tor

I need assistance with bundling the tor daemon.

Tor, when detected running in the background or when found in ~./config/neroshop/tor/ is used as the default proxy for fetching prices from crypto aggregators and exchanges as well as when making network requests to the dicebear API.

Tor binaries should be stored in the ~./config/neroshop/ directory in a folder with the name tor/
