Simple Backup: 1.3.6

Current behaviour

At present, on some Linux systems, 7zip/7za is owned by root and not executable. As a result, trying to execute 7za fails with a permissions error.

See JackGruber/joplin-plugin-backup#66

Expected behaviour

It should be possible to create 7zip archives on Linux.
