Department selection

The departement should be shown in the titlepage. Up to now only the Institute can be set up.

Ideally, this should work by inputting the complete department data as content of institute:

IPVS\
Abteilung Anwendersoftware\
Universitätsstraße 38\
D-70569 Stuttgart}

However, this leads to following output:

\  ->\let \reserved@e

If one removes "", the document can be compiled.

There is a workaround that enables passing of multiline values or values containing commands (see #4).

The implementation for department selection will introduce a new option or will add additional possible values for institute
