Unable to do "make install" after build

make: *** No rule to make target 'install'.  Stop.

i am able to locate pkcs11.so in builddir/src. But unable to find pkcs11-driver.so

i did a meson install -C builddir and it copied pkcs11.so to the ossl-modules directory. Furthermore, did the required config in openss.cnf as below:

[openssl_init]
providers = provider_sect

# List of providers to load
[provider_sect]
default = default_sect
oqsprovider = oqsprovider_sect
pkcs11 = pkcs11_sect

[default_sect]
activate = 1

[oqsprovider_sect]
activate = 1

[pkcs11_sect]
module = /mnt/c/Users/SadiqHussainM/pkcs11-provider/builddir/src/pkcs11.so
activate = 1

But, openssl list -providers doesn't list the PKCS11 provider.
Is this because pkcs11-driver.so isn't specified in openssl.cnf? where do i find this file?

I was able to use one of the PKCS11 driver present in my system and point to that path in openssl.cnf and the PKCS11 provider is listed by OpenSSL.
