These descriptions need work...

I removed (or will soon remove) the "These descriptions need work..." statement for the discriminators page since it was the wrong place to remind us of that.

Here is a list of issues that I noted:

• The type http://vocab.lappsgrid.org/Matches needs a definition.
• There is no entry for http://vocab.lappsgrid.org/ns/action/query even though there are discriminators for http://vocab.lappsgrid.org/ns/action/query#lucene and other subtypes. (I take that back, found it)
• Why do we have discriminators that say "reserved for future use"? These are the query discriminators and the license#restricted discriminator.
• The license discriminators need URLs.
