The Graphing Library is Inefficient

My grapher layer on top of flot is just horrible, I think. It's less of a problem if the data comes in reasonably slowly, but when 5 minutes of data comes in at once it slows down the entire browser. It needs to be rewritten somehow to do less dumb stuff (there is a lot of copying around and whatnot).
