Notifications are added at the bottom and without auto scrolling down #38

Hi,

When you execute multiple operations using Kytos UI without fully refreshing the website, the notifications are not cleared and keep being added to the bottom of the page (without automatic scrolling down). For UX, I believe this could be better organized if we auto-scroll to the latest notification or add the notification in the top (or even clearing the old notifications after a few seconds - like some modals usually do)

He is an example after creating a bunch of EVCs (this case even gives a false impression that the EVC was created successfully, because the latest one shows as success, but it was a failure -- note the scroll bar that is not in the bottom).
