We should have all the CSS in one place - not necessarily one file, but one directory to make it all much more maintainable. When we'll have tons of different views with independent CSS inheriting from a parent template it'll be a pain if they're all over the place...

what does that change in practice to have multiple CSS files in one directory or several?
