INIT presets

"I was thinking of an idea around INIT presets for BSB and Effects. The idea for this is that rather than have init values for each BSB widget, to have a convention that if you have a preset called INIT, you could use that to reinitialize your instrument/effect. Additionally, if you add that BSB/Effect into a project from a library (rather than copy/paste), if Blue finds an INIT preset, it'll automatically default to those values (rather than use whatever values the instrument/effect happened to have when you saved it to your library).
