Definitely :) I actually started that conversion just some time ago but started hitting a wall as I only had old versions of Java installed on my computer and updating my IDE to work started being a nightmare. Would need to setup Forge on fresh Windows installation to get it running. I'll try to look into this!

Looked into this... And porting to latest version seems quite troublesome. Whole keyboard & input handling has changed and all GUIs seems to be changed (which I extend). If you / anyone wants to look into this, I'm happy to help out.

Damn :/ Unfortunately I never developed Minecraft Mods, so it might take some time if I want to get into this ...

Have you looked into this documentation on how to port from 1.12 to 1.15 ?

I've added issue #6 which has a todo list of items that need to be done, there is probably some more work even after those items. It seems that forge developers have removed some of their modding API stuff and changed some of it. So this would require some conversion to get things going.
