When uploading files, users often have a template as the only text in the page. When saving, this gets put as the edit summary.
When DiscordNotifications sends the message, it expands the template in the edit summary.
Instead of the edit summary showing {{File}}, it shows {| class='wikitable' style='width:100%;'! colspan='2' | File information|....
